# The AI restaurant assistant that works from your real data

Ask about sales, stock, orders, customers or staff. GoSufra's AI assistant reads the restaurant's live data, explains what matters and prepares approved tasks instead of giving generic chatbot answers.

## Key points

- The assistant answers from your restaurant's own menu, orders, stock, sales and finance data.
- It can analyse performance, find operational gaps and prepare a forecast with its data window and assumptions.
- Changes are shown as a reviewable plan and require confirmation before they are applied.
- Paid plans start with 50 free AI credits each month; Starter gets 50 once, and purchased credits do not expire.

Most restaurant software gives you another dashboard and asks you to interpret it alone. The new GoSufra AI assistant is meant to be different: ask a plain question about your restaurant and it does the reading first.

## Ask it like a manager, not like a database

You can ask:

- “What is happening in the restaurant today?”

- “Which products sold best this month?”

- “What is low in stock, and what can I still sell?”

- “Why did profit fall?”

- “Show me the busiest hours and the orders waiting for attention.”

- “What do I need to prepare for next week?”

The answer is based on the tenant’s own data. The assistant can read the menu, recipes, inventory, purchases, orders, customers, employees, expenses, reports and branch activity. It can also explain where to find something in the dashboard when an operation needs a screen that is not safe to automate.

## It does more than return a number

A useful answer connects the number to a decision. A low-stock result can become a proposed purchase. A peak-hour report can become a staffing suggestion. A product that sells often but leaves a weak margin can become a menu review. The assistant can prepare these actions, but it does not silently change prices, orders, expenses or stock.

When a request changes restaurant data, the assistant produces a plan with the exact steps. The owner reviews it, edits values where needed and confirms once. The system then executes the approved actions and reports what actually succeeded.

## Forecasts with a visible evidence window

Ask for a sales forecast for the next week or month. The assistant gathers the historical daily sales, top products, categories, peak hours, profitability, currency totals and low-stock items before it writes a forecast.

It states the observed period, the branch, the currency and the forecast horizon. A forecast is a range or a set of scenarios, not a promise. It will not pretend to know the weather, competitors or a local event unless those facts are supplied.

## AI credits are usage, not a question counter

Paid plans receive 50 free AI credits every month. Starter receives 50 once. A credit reflects real model usage, so a short question and a menu-import workflow do not cost the same. If the allowance runs out, the restaurant can buy more credits. Purchased credits stay on the account and do not expire.

The assistant is included across the plans. Menu-photo and website-import workflows are heavier than a normal question, so the platform may require a larger remaining balance before starting them. That protects the account from beginning a long extraction with too little credit left.

## Start with one question

Create a free GoSufra account, select the AI assistant in the dashboard and ask for today’s briefing. The useful part is not a clever answer about restaurants in general. It is an answer about your restaurant, followed by a safe next step.
