The Local Edition is a perpetual licence for one branch, installed on a Windows PC in your own shop. The dashboard, POS, kitchen display and waiter app run over your own WiFi with no internet at all, and the data stays on your disk. It does not do online ordering, drivers or a second branch — those need a public address a shop PC does not have — so it suits a single counter, not a chain.
